With precise data, you can make informed decisions to optimize your health and embark on a personalized wellness journey. Lab testing is optional! We do not accept insurance.

Program IN ACTION

Once we've reviewed your lab testing and created your unique custom transformation journey, it's time to get to work! Moving forward you'll have weekly check-ins and unlimited daily support in REAL TIME with coach Kami through text and voice notes! We never want you to feel like you're alone on this journey.

I founded this practice for one simple reason.

I know how it feels to be you.

I began my health journey in my early twenties while struggling with malnourishment, digestive issues, and trauma induced anxiety and depression. Inspired by an inner passion for moments spent challenging my mind and body in the gym, I began to recover my health through intention, purposeful cleansing, and movement. These are my weapons for change.

I knew sharing this passion for health was my calling. To help you and hundreds of women all over the world break through our limiting beliefs, reclaim our power and love ourselves inside and out.

I competed in National Bikini Bodybuilding competitions, attended personal development seminars, and deepened my awareness and understanding of my true inner warrior and her eternal power and strength. I found myself making an impact on my friends, family, and community around me by sharing my findings and opening their minds to their true potential.

So after a decade spent trying to find myself, I now choose to make a difference by enlightening and empowering others all across the world to reconnect with their inner wisdom through Nutrition, Movement, and Subconscious Reprogramming.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM, AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

The Women’s Wellness Accelerator is a 12-week or 6-month program designed to create lasting changes in your health and well-being.

Throughout the program, you’ll receive personalized guidance, including nutritional guidance, flexible meals plans, exercise routines, and stress management tools. The program is structured to help you restore your health holistically—focusing on nutrition, exercise, lab testing, and nervous system regulation.

IS 12 WEEKS ENOUGH TIME TO SEE RESULTS, OR SHOULD I COMMIT TO A LONGER PROGRAM?

If you’re looking for a jumpstart to your wellness journey and want to create quick, sustainable changes, the 12-week program is an excellent choice. It provides structure, guidance, and accountability in a manageable time frame.

However, if you’re dealing with chronic stress, long-term health concerns, or need more support in forming lasting habits, a 6-month commitment may be more effective. A 6 months program can offer deeper transformation (that sticks), ongoing adjustments, and a stronger foundation for lifelong wellness.

Ultimately, it depends on your personal goals and how much time you’re willing to invest in your health. On our strategy call together, I will be completely honest about how much time is needed to reach your goals specifically.

While we recommend a gym membership for the variety it offers, it’s not a strict requirement for success. From years of coaching experience, we’ve noticed that stepping out of the home environment can sometimes lead to more positive outcomes. However, we fully respect your preference for at-home workouts and are committed to creating a program that fits your unique circumstances.

No matter where you choose to exercise, our approach is fully customizable to ensure you achieve your fitness goals. Our mission is to support and empower you on your fitness journey, wherever you choose to pursue it.
